Job Description A top employer in the industrial construction industry is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. This individual will support project management, construction supervision, and field operations to ensure construction and maintenance activities are completed in accordance with project specifications, drawings, schedules, and applicable codes. The Project Coordinator will play a key role in tracking project progress, supporting subcontractor coordination, managing project documentation, assisting with budgeting and cost controls, and ensuring project teams have the information needed to execute work effectively.   • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field OR equal amount of experience (4 years)
  • Knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, and industry standards
  • Understanding of how construction and project teams interact across multiple functions
  • Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and cost control principles
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software
  • Experience supporting construction, manufacturing, maintenance, or capital projects
  • Prior project coordination experience within industrial construction environments
  • Experience supporting subcontractor management and project controls
  • Exposure to document control, scheduling, cost tracking, or project accounting functions Familiarity with RFIs, submittals, transmittals, and change order processes
