ABOUT US
Impressions In Wood. Inc. is a premium architectural millwork fabrication shop. We build high end fixtures, conference tables, reception counters, front of office, and back of office cabinetry for commercial projects.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for assisting Impressions' Senior Project Manager with all aspects of active projects in the Commercial Cabinetry & Millwork industry; including engineering, estimating, planning, scheduling, and construction. We highly encourage recent college graduates with an interest in the construction industry to apply!
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support Project Manager in achieving company objectives, including executing assigned projects, ensuring on-time delivery, staying within budget, while meeting all technical and contractual requirements Frequent field work including, but not limited to, meeting with superintendents and installers, punch walks, field dimensions, and supervising deliveries Assist with material counts and orders, as well as submittals Drawing review and revision Regular communication with suppliers, customers and subcontractors during project planning and execution Willingness to cross-train in the field/shop to fully learn millwork trade

to be an efficient independent Project Manager
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field General knowledge of the construction industry General knowledge of safety regulations/requirements Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
PREFERRED
(not required): AutoCAD experience Knowledge of Procore Bilingual (English & Spanish)
