Aviation Project Manager Hill International Inc flexible benefit account, paid time off, long term disability, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) United States, Texas, Dallas 5323 Harry Hines Boulevard (Show on map) May 19, 2026 Hill International is seeking a part-time Aviation Project Manager in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma The Aviation Project Manager is responsible for the leadership and management of project team in support of the project's success. The project manager is responsible for proactively managing the projects technical budget (direct labor and expenses, including technical sub-consultants), schedule, technical requirements, contractual obligations, project communications and performance. Lead and manage assigned construction projects from planning through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, airport operations, regulatory agencies, and city departments
Oversee contract administration, including review of design documents, specifications, and compliance with procurement and regulatory requirements
Facilitate regular project meetings, prepare status reports, and maintain clear documentation of decisions, changes, and milestones
Support the change management process, including evaluation of change requests and coordination of approvals
Review and validate contractor pay applications and ensure accurate tracking of installed quantities
Ensure adherence to environmental codes, safety standards, and airport-specific operational protocols
Collaborate with inspectors and construction managers to resolve field issues and maintain quality control
Utilize project management tools such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, and SharePoint to manage documentation and workflows
Minimum of 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of managing complex infrastructure projects
Demonstrated experience in airport-related construction, including work on taxiways, runways, terminals, management of a complete Concourse buildout at an active Airport, Tunnels, and underground utility systems
Strong background in aviation-related design and construction, with demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams and coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders, including contractors, consultants, airport operations, and regulatory agencies
Ability to successfully pass a TSA criminal background check
Strong working knowledge of current environmental codes and applicable regulatory requirements
Strong understanding of contract documents, technical specifications, and design standards
Proficiency in Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and SharePoint Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required or able to obtain within 9 months
