This position offers the opportunity to independently manage multiple active projects while serving as the primary point of coordination for customers, internal operations teams, engineering groups, and field personnel. The role is ideal for a project professional who enjoys balancing technical coordination, customer communication, scheduling, and operational execution in a fast paced industrial environment. The Project Manager will oversee project scope, timelines, documentation, and cross functional collaboration to ensure projects are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in alignment with customer expectations. Professional Responsibility and Scope The Project Manager will maintain ownership of several concurrent projects ranging in size and complexity across municipal and industrial infrastructure applications. Responsibilities include managing schedules, coordinating submittals and project documentation, tracking project progress, supporting change order activities, and maintaining communication with customers and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. This individual will work closely with engineering, estimating, fabrication, field operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment between design intent, execution strategy, and customer deliverables. The position requires strong organizational leadership and the ability to proactively identify risks, resolve coordination gaps, and maintain momentum across multiple active projects simultaneously. The successful candidate will also contribute to improving project workflows, reinforcing operational standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. Location and Lifestyle Context This position is based in the Dallas Fort Worth region with regular travel to customer locations and project sites throughout the surrounding territory. The area offers a strong balance of professional opportunity and lifestyle flexibility, with access to major metropolitan resources while maintaining proximity to growing infrastructure markets across Texas and the broader Southwest region. The role provides a combination of office collaboration, customer interaction, and field engagement, creating variety in day to day responsibilities and meaningful visibility into project outcomes. Long Term Professional Growth This opportunity offers a clear pathway toward expanded project leadership responsibilities within a stable and growing environmental infrastructure organization. As the company continues to expand its project portfolio, the Project Manager will gain exposure to increasingly complex infrastructure systems, broader operational responsibilities, and larger scale customer engagements. The organization values individuals who demonstrate accountability, operational discipline, and initiative, providing long term opportunities for advancement into senior project management and operational leadership roles. Compensation The position offers a competitive compensation package with a targeted base salary range of approximately $100,000 to $140,000 depending on experience, technical background, and project management expertise. Additional compensation may include performance based incentives along with a comprehensive benefits package and reimbursement for work related travel expenses. Team Environment and Leadership Approach The organization promotes a collaborative and execution focused culture built around accountability, professionalism, and operational consistency. Project teams work closely across engineering, operations, estimating, and field services to maintain alignment and deliver successful customer outcomes. Leadership encourages independent ownership while remaining accessible for guidance on strategic decisions, complex project challenges, and operational planning. Individuals who communicate proactively, stay organized under pressure, and maintain strong follow through will perform well in this environment. Organizational Stability and Industry Position The company is an established provider of engineered infrastructure and environmental solutions serving municipal and industrial customers throughout a growing regional market. Its continued investment in project execution capabilities, operational systems, and customer relationships has positioned the organization for sustained long term growth. The business maintains a strong reputation for execution quality, responsiveness, and technical service within the environmental infrastructure sector. Experience and Qualification Summary Qualified candidates should possess approximately four to seven years of experience in project management, construction coordination, industrial operations, or infrastructure project execution environments. Prior experience independently managing multiple projects with cross functional stakeholder involvement is strongly preferred. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication, scheduling, organizational, and customer coordination skills. Experience working within industrial, environmental, water, wastewater, or infrastructure related industries is highly valued. A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required. PMP certification is beneficial. Candidates should also be willing to obtain OSHA 30 certification and applicable industry licensing within the first year of employment. Apply for this job
