Project Manager The Woodlands or Deer Park, TX, United States | req29878 What you will enjoy doing• You will lead maintenance and efficiency upgrade projects at operating facilities, managing scope, cost, schedule, and delivery from planning through startup and closeout Manage multiple projects at once and provide hands-on engineering support for field coordination, turnarounds, and capital upgrades You will plan and execute projects using standard processes, coordinating with operations, maintenance, engineering, procurement, safety, and business teams Drive safety, quality, and compliance by setting expectations, enforcing standards, and overseeing contractor and construction activities You will track progress, control cost and schedule, identify risks, resolve issues, and adjust plans to keep projects on track Communicate project status, align cross-functional teams, manage engineers and contractors, and improve overall project execution What makes you great You hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; PMP certification is preferred Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, project engineering, project management, or construction management within an operating facility You bring at least 10 years of experience in the industrial gas or chemical industry Demonstrate strong knowledge of project development, scope definition, execution planning, change management, and cost, schedule, and resource control Manage multiple projects at the same time in an operating facility, typically ranging from $500K to $4M Show familiarity with the design and operation of industrial gas facilities (preferred) Why you will love working with us Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2025 sales of $34 billion.
