(BIM) Project Manager Coordinator- Major Projects Fort Worth, TX | Mechanical Construction / MEP Are you an experienced BIM/VDC professional ready to take the next step into project leadership?
- 3D mechanical/MEP modeling and design coordination Navisworks
- clash detection and multi-trade coordination BIM 360
- model collaboration and project documentation MEP Coordination
- resolving conflicts between mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, and architectural systems Constructability Reviews
- ensuring designs can be efficiently fabricated and installed Shop & Fabrication Drawings
- supporting accurate fabrication and field installation What You'll Do Lead BIM coordination across multiple special projects Manage and mentor BIM Coordinators Review models and drawings for accuracy and constructability Lead coordination meetings with clients, engineers, and subcontractors Keep BIM deliverables aligned with project schedules Partner with project managers, estimators, fabrication, and field teams What We're Looking For 7+ years of BIM or MEP coordination experience 3+ years of project management or leadership experience Strong Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 skills Strong knowledge of mechanical/MEP systems Understanding of fabrication and field installation preferred Construction Management, Engineering, or related degree preferred If you know how to take a mechanical model from coordination through constructability and into the field-and you're ready to lead projects and people-we want to hear from you.
