Job Description

Position Overview Power your future with Qualus in our Engineering department as a Project Coordinator! The Project Coordinator is responsible for the overall, coordination of various activities to ensure the successful completion of projects. Duties will include project setup, submittals, tracking, project/document controls support, scheduling and resourcing support. This role will report to the Engineering manager in the Denver, CO office. Responsibilities Supports Project Managers, Operations Leaders, and others Team Leaders with monitoring and controls of project scope, setup and kick-off and scheduling Support the setup and kick off of new projects in various systems. Coordinate with internal project teams, subcontractors, and external clients throughout a project life cycle. Assist Project Manager with scheduling, resource planning and budgeting tasks. Complete document control procedures for internal client and external client operations including the uploading/downloading of Submittal, RFI's, and Review Comments. Organize and schedule meetings, document meeting minutes, and prepare agendas. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Support Project and Engineering Manager's directed tasks and needs. Monitor and report project status to Project Managers, Directors, Account Managers and other stakeholders as required Ensures accurate creation of new project set up in ERP System Ensures thorough and accurate project closeout Assists in the change order process and submittal and communicates status Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or related field is a plus. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Project coordination supporting project/program managers. Experience in project management and/or operations management, or related industry experience Proficient with MS Office tools (Work, Excel, Outlook) and ability to manage and analyze large quantities of data Experience working in Project Management applications and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software (Microsoft Project, Primavera, Deltek) is a plus. Must be able to demonstrate problem solving abilities, developing effective solutions at both strategic and functional levels.
