Responsibilities:
Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish. Conduct site inspections and customer meetings. Coordinate technicians, subcontractors and vendors. Review estimates and scopes of work. Maintain project documentation. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project. Communicate with insurance carriers and adjusters.
Requirements:
Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to lift 50+ pounds Ability to work in physically demanding environments Restoration, mitigation, reconstruction, or construction management experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Tech savvy, can easily utilize required apps for documentation purposes. Positive attitude and willingness to learn IICRC certifications preferred Compensation amp;
