Job Description

EarthStream Global are partnering with a leading organization delivering some of the most advanced mission-critical infrastructure projects in the U.S., and we're looking for an experienced Commissioning Owner's Representative (CxOR) to join the team. If you've led commissioning efforts on data centers, semiconductor, healthcare, industrial, power generation, or other mission-critical facilities, we would like to hear from you. In this role, you'll represent the Owner throughout construction and commissioning, working alongside project management, contractors, commissioning providers, and operations teams to ensure building systems are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead quality assurance and commissioning oversight throughout project execution Coordinate commissioning activities across multiple stakeholders Monitor project readiness, testing, issue resolution, and system turnover Review commissioning documentation, schedules, and technical deliverables Drive continuous improvement while promoting a culture of quality and operational excellence
What We're Looking For:
10+ years of experience in commissioning, construction management, quality management, or mission-critical project delivery Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls, and critical infrastructure systems Experience supporting complex construction projects from installation through startup and turnover Proven ability to collaborate with owners, contractors, consultants, and commissioning teams Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills ES1
Pay:
$100.00 - $150.00 per hour
