$124,400 - $150,138 annually System One is seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to join a growing Project Management Center of Excellence supporting advanced energy and nuclear technology programs. This role will partner closely with Project Managers and Project Directors to develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project controls systems that ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with strategic objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned project controls professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and enjoys working on technically complex, high-visibility programs. Key Responsibilities Establish project controls governance for large, complex capital projects Develop Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), project control hierarchies, and integrated schedules Build and maintain resource-loaded schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 Support monthly accruals and collaborate with Project Accounting on cost tracking Maintain project cost and schedule baselines with Project Managers and functional teams Develop periodic project controls reports including: Earned Value metrics Schedule performance Cost forecasts Revenue and approved changes Identify schedule and cost risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement approved baseline changes Manage and control project charge codes Incorporate external supplier and subcontractor schedules into Integrated Master Schedules Perform critical path analysis and forensic schedule analysis Publish Level 2 and Level 3 milestone completion reports Mentor junior project controls personnel and support continuous process improvement Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field Minimum 8 years of Project Controls / Planning / Scheduling experience Strong experience supporting multiple large, complex projects Advanced proficiency with Oracle Primavera P6 Experience with: Integrated Master Scheduling Earned Value Management (EVM) Critical Path Methodology Cost and schedule baseline management Claims / forensic schedule analysis Strong technical writing, reporting, and presentation skills Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic project environment

Part 810 eligibility required Preferred Qualifications Nuclear industry project controls experience AACE Certification or other project controls certifications Advanced degree preferred Experience working in highly regulated technical environments Why Join System One?
