Care:

Assemble and prepare menu items such as sandwiches, pastas, and sautéed dishes, following La Madeleine's recipes and standards for taste, portion, and presentation.

Maintain Quality & Consistency:

Ensure all food is cooked and served to company standards — fresh, accurate, and beautifully presented.

Deliver Great Service:

Communicate effectively with teammates and support smooth, efficient kitchen and front-of-house operations.

Follow Food Safety Standards:

Handle all food according to safety and sanitation guidelines, including temperature checks, storage, and labeling.

Stay Organized:

Keep workstations stocked, clean, and orderly throughout the shift. Support the

The role requires frequent standing, bending, lifting, and reaching throughout the shift, including the ability to lift up to 60 pounds occasionally, with or without reasonable accommodation.
