Full Time (Permanent Role) We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Retail and Energy domains to lead end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination. The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and delivery management skills along with PMP certification. Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Coordinate with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery. Drive Agile/Waterfall project management methodologies based on project requirements. Define project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation. Conduct project status meetings and provide regular updates to leadership. Ensure compliance with quality standards and organizational processes. Handle change management, issue resolution, and risk mitigation activities. Work closely with Retail and Energy business units to understand operational requirements and translate them into execution plans. Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and reporting metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field. PMP Certification is mandatory. 8+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years as a Project Manager. Strong experience in Retail and Energy domains is mandatory. Proven experience managing large-scale enterprise projects. Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or Azure DevOps. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with offshore/onshore teams. Knowledge of digital transformation or cloud migration projects. Scrum Master certification is an added advantage.
