Keeley Construction is looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our Civil team in Austin, TX. Primary Responsibilities Coordinate work and correspondence between all project team members. Manage all documentation related to construction project. Assist in bid solicitation, estimate functions, and estimate takeoffs. Prepare and maintain submittal/RFI logs for construction projects based on project drawings and specifications. Document and communicate scope changes and other related project impacts to project team. Coordinate the change proposal, review, and submission process. Assist the Project Manager in monitoring EVM and production rates. Distribute construction documents to subcontractors. Collect and prepare all required project close-out documents. Prepare correspondence with owner, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, which include: schedule of values, project schedule, memos, request for information, transmittals, and submittals. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, related field, or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience supporting similar responsibilities as listed above. Heavy civil construction experience required. Experience in heavy civil construction required. Water/Wastewater preferred.
