Job Description

Job Description We are looking for a Enterprise Strategic Project Manager with enterprise strategy, transformation, and strategic program management experience. Listed below are your day-to-day responsibilities.
  •  Partner with senior executives to drive the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise strategic initiatives.
  •  Translate high-level business priorities and executive vision into actionable project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
  •  Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure strategic initiatives remain on track, aligned, and progressing toward key objectives.
  •  Lead recurring leadership forums, steering committees, and strategic review meetings by preparing agendas, driving discussions, tracking decisions, and following up on action items.
  •  Identify risks, dependencies, and organizational barriers, proactively recommending mitigation strategies and escalation paths.
  •  Develop executive and Board-level presentations, reports, and communications that clearly articulate strategy, progress, risks, and key decisions.
  •  Support the development and prioritization of the enterprise strategic initiative portfolio, including strategic planning activities and initiative intake processes.
  •  Create executive-ready analyses and recommendations that assist leaders in evaluating priorities and making informed business decisions.
  •  Serve as a strategic thought partner to leadership by identifying opportunities to improve execution, alignment, and organizational effectiveness.
  •  Facilitate collaboration across multiple departments to drive accountability, ensure stakeholder alignment, and achieve enterprise-wide objectives.

  •  5+ years of experience in strategic program management, enterprise transformation, management consulting, corporate strategy, PMO leadership, or a related field.
  •  Demonstrated experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives involving multiple business functions and executive stakeholders.
  •  Proven ability to take ambiguous business objectives and translate them into structured plans, governance processes, and measurable deliverables.
  •  Experience supporting executive leadership teams and partnering directly with Vice Presidents, Senior Leadership, or C-suite executives.
  •  Exceptional project and program management skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
  •  Advanced PowerPoint and executive presentation development skills, including creating Board- and executive-level materials.
  •  Strong strategic thinking and business acumen with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations.
  •  Experience facilitating executive meetings, steering committees, strategic reviews, or governance forums.
  •  Experience in retail, consumer products, or other large, matrixed organizations.
  •  Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation management, or strategic planning.
  •  Experience supporting annual strategic planning processes and enterprise portfolio prioritization.
  •  Familiarity with organizational change management and enterprise transformation initiatives.
