Job Description Our client is seeking a Project Manager to support a top federal construction sub-contractor specializing in large-scale design-build projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing complex, high-dollar projects from planning through completion, ensuring schedules, budgets, and quality standards are met. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful infrastructure projects supporting national security initiatives in Texas
Lead day-to-day project execution for large federal design-build construction projects
Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project
Oversee project budgets, cost tracking, forecasting, and financial reporting
Coordinate with superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and federal stakeholders
Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Utilize Bluebeam for drawing review and markups
Ensure compliance with federal requirements, safety standards, and quality controls

8-10 + years of experience working as a construction Project Manager
Experience working with a General Contractor or an Electrical, Civil, or Structural Subcontractor
Must have experience overseeing self-performance work
ideally electrical self-perform work
Experience managing projects valued over $15m in budget
Federal construction project experience: CBP, USACE, NAVFAC, DoD, DHS, AF, city/state, municipal construction
Strong Plus
Proficiency with MS Project (scheduling), bluebeam, or heavybid/heavyjob
Design-Build project experience
AutoCAD proficiency
Experience supporting border, security, or infrastructure projects
