Job Description
Overview Pride Roofing Xperts is expanding into the Laredo market and is seeking an experienced Roofing Field Representative to serve as our local presence in the area. This position is ideal for someone with roofing experience who enjoys working with homeowners, managing projects, inspecting roofs, and ensuring quality workmanship from start to finish. You will be the face of the company in Laredo while our sales, estimating, and administrative teams support you remotely. Responsibilities Meet with homeowners before, during, and after projects Perform roof inspections and document findings Take photos, videos, and measurements Coordinate with roofing crews and suppliers Conduct quality control inspections Verify material deliveries Handle customer concerns and provide project updates Complete final walkthroughs Upload photos, notes, and job updates into company systems Ensure projects are completed according to company standards Assist with permit coordination when necessary Monitor project schedules and communicate delays proactively Requirements Minimum 3 years of roofing experience preferred Reliable truck or SUV Valid driver's license Ability to climb ladders and walk roofs safely Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to communicate professionally with homeowners Basic knowledge of roofing systems, repairs, and insurance claims Smartphone and basic technology skills Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Self-motivated and capable of working independently Compensation & Benefits Weekly base pay of $800 - $1,000 depending on experience Performance bonuses per completed project Gas allowance available Long-term growth opportunities Leadership advancement potential Stable year-round work 90-Day Performance Evaluation Period This position includes a 90-day introductory period. During this time, performance will be evaluated based on: Communication with homeowners Project oversight and organization Quality control and attention to detail Reliability and responsiveness Ability to work with crews and management Customer satisfaction Documentation and reporting Successful completion of the introductory period may lead to increased compensation, additional responsibilities, and future leadership opportunities as the Laredo market continues to grow.
