We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Project Manager to oversee construction projects from pre-installation through completion. This role coordinates multiple interior scopes, builds strong customer relationships, and ensures projects are completed safely, on time, and with exceptional quality. What You Will Do Manage multifamily projects from kickoff through final completion. Coordinate flooring, lighting, blinds, trim and doors, appliances, cabinets, countertops, and other assigned scopes. Monitor schedules, installation sequencing, and project milestones. Provide technical guidance to installation teams and subcontractors. Build relationships with builders, superintendents, customers, and trade partners. Conduct job-site visits, quality inspections, and punch-list reviews. Resolve field issues and communicate project updates to stakeholders. Coordinate material deliveries and jobsite inventory requirements. Utilize Power BI and project management tools to track performance. Promote safety compliance and outstanding customer service. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of project management, construction, multifamily, flooring, interiors, or related experience preferred. Multifamily construction experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of construction schedules, sequencing, and jobsite operations. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
