full-time Senior MEP Project Manager | West Texas $150,000 to $200,000 base, plus full benefits Commercial Construction | Mission Critical / Data Center We are representing a well established, privately held construction firm with deep roots in energy and industrial work, now growing into mission critical and data center projects. They are looking to add a Senior MEP Project Manager to lead a ground up data center build in West Texas.
The Role:
This role owns the MEP scope of a large ground up construction project from preconstruction through closeout, working closely with the project owner, design team and MEP subcontractors to keep schedule, budget and quality on track.
Responsibilities include:
Monitoring all project activity, including schedule and spend, to ensure timely and quality completion Preparing and reviewing project status reports, financial reports and schedules Facilitating weekly project status meetings with the owner, subcontractors and project team Reviewing bid documents, subcontractor qualifications and final estimates Managing procurement, subcontractor invoices and change order documentation Preparing project closeout documentation, including warranty information and final payments
What We're Looking For:
7 to 10 years of MEP commercial general contractor project management experience Bachelor's degree in Construction Science, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience Strong financial management, scheduling and communication skills
Desirable:
Prior Superintendent experience Data center or other mission critical project background Familiarity with MS Project, Primavera or similar scheduling tools What's in It for
