We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Low Voltage Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful execution of structured cabling and low voltage projects. This role oversees project schedules, manpower, materials, budgets, quality, safety, and customer communication to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Key Responsibilities Manage low-voltage projects from kickoff through closeout Coordinate technicians, foremen, subcontractors, materials, and equipment Review project scope, drawings, specifications, contracts, and change orders Monitor labor hours, material costs, job profitability, and project billing Maintain project schedules and coordinate work with customers, general contractors, and other trades Conduct site visits and ensure installation meets company standards, project specifications, and applicable codes Identify scope changes and prepare/document change-order requirements Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding scheduling, progress, issues, and project status Ensure required testing, labeling, documentation, as-builts, and closeout packages are completed Enforce company safety policies, compliance, and maintain a professional jobsite Preferred Qualifications Minimum 5 years experience managing structured cabling, fiber optic, copper, OSP/ISP network infrastructure or similar low voltage projects within the construction industry Excellent leadership and communication, team management, project scheduling, budgeting and customer service skills are required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for documentation and reporting purposes Our company is an equal employment opportunity company with a drug free work place.
