K Annually Job Summary:
Bohden Contracting Group is hiring a Project Manager who wants more than just managing schedules and pushing paperwork. In this role, you will own your projects end-to-end — from financial performance to execution — operating as the business lead for each job. You'll be responsible for budget, schedule, subcontractors, and client relationships, with full accountability for results. Our projects are highly technical, including industrial, pharmaceutical, and clean room environments, and require someone who can think critically, adapt quickly, and take real ownership. This is an opportunity for a mid-career Project Manager who is hungry, driven, and looking to grow into a future leadership role.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full construction project lifecycle: pre-construction, planning, execution, and closeout Develop and maintain project schedules and ensure on-time delivery Monitor project budgets, cost tracking, and forecasting to ensure profitability Maintain cost-to-complete accuracy and manage financial performance Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Serve as primary client contact and manage client relationships Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Manage change orders and ensure proper documentation and billing Maintain accurate project documentation (contracts, budgets, schedules, reports) Ensure compliance with safety standards and contract specifications
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of construction project management experience Experience managing commercial or industrial construction projects Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting Proven experience managing subcontractors and cross-functional teams Excellent communication and client management skills Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in Procore (required) High attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field PMP certification or equivalent Experience delivering projects on time and within budget
