In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational stability, and strong team leadership. If you thrive in a fast-paced, field-based environment and possess excellent problem-solving skills, we want you on our team.
Salary:
$55,000 / year (Plus KPI-based bonus/commission potential)
Schedule:
Monday to Sunday (Rotating shifts, primarily 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM). Requires operational flexibility for mornings, nights, and weekends based on business needs.
Location:
Field-based / On-site supervision required.
Key Responsibilities Operational Management & Quality Control Building Supervision:
Directly oversee and manage operations at all assigned facilities.
Staffing & Coverage:
Ensure 100% headcount coverage and optimal staff scheduling daily.
Service Validation:
Audit and validate daily service execution to guarantee contract compliance.
Quality Audits:
Conduct regular inspections and quality audits, immediately correcting any operational deviations.
Team Leadership & People Management Team Oversight:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 30 to 80 frontline employees.
Supervisor Development:
Conduct regular 1:1 meetings with shift supervisors to drive performance.
Training & Retention:
Foster continuous training, implement employee recognition programs, maintain a positive workplace climate, and focus on retaining top talent.
Problem Solving & Client Relations Issue Resolution:
Handle client complaints and resolve field incidents in under 24 hours.
Incident Escalation:
Act as the primary point of contact, resolving issues on the ground to prevent unnecessary escalation.
Reporting & Administration Daily Logs:
Complete and submit accurate daily/nightly operational reports.
Documentation:
Properly document all workplace incidents, shift logs, and KPIs.
Candidate Profile & Requirements Experience:
Proven track record in operations management (Cleaning, Facilities, or Logistics preferred).
Team Leadership:
Demonstrated experience managing large teams (ideally 10-30 employees).
Language Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is highly preferred.
Work Style:
Exceptional organizational skills, strong follow-through, and a hands-on approach to field-based problem-solving.
Flexibility:
Open availability to work a rotating schedule (including weekends and evenings) and respond to operational needs.
Core Competencies Operational Leadership:
Ability to command a room and guide a large workforce effectively.
Clear Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both frontline staff and corporate clients.
Rapid Problem-Solving:
Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly.
Strong Accountability:
A high sense of ownership over the success and failures of your assigned buildings.
Pay:
$55,000.00 per year
