Account Capture Project Manager

Win Big. Capture Hilti's Largest Project Opportunities. Join Hilti as an Account Capture Project Manager and lead acquisition efforts on major projects. You'll define project scope, align budgets, and coordinate proposals that position Hilti for profitable, strategic wins. What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree, required Emphasis in Civil or Structural Engineering or Construction Management Minimum three (3) years' experience in engineering, construction management, BIM, or related technical field, including: Minimum two (2) years' experience as a Project Manager, preferred Knowledge of construction methods, local building codes, and practices as they relate to Hilti products, required Proven track record in project management, required Full comprehension of entire project team (architect, engineers, PM's, superintendents, safety reps, purchasing, etc.) and how they interact together, required Demonstrated time management and organizational skills; must be able to organize all projects, track successes, and bring these successes to the next project, required Outstanding communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills, required Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook), required Experience using SAP, preferred PMP or equivalent certification, preferred Legal Notice Hilti, Inc is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
