Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Network Project Manager to join a client in Mexico City, Mexico. The Project Manager will oversee the network refresh projects being rolled out to multiple different sites across the US and Canada. This individual will be working in a PMO environment and carrying out ITIL processes; incident, change, and problem management. The project manager will develop and deliver project plans, manage budgets, develop risk metrics/KPIs and be able to present progress and roadblocks to executive leadership. Additionally, the network project manager will be responsible for project tracking and documentation, tracking completed corresponding task within sites, handling POs, and coordinating service delivery schedules with onsite teams. This individual will need to manage the 3rd party vendors compliance and SLAs in accordance to contracts. The ideal individual should have a high level understanding of network infrastructure and the ability to carry out ITIL processes and PMO activities. • 6+ years of experience working as a project manager (focus in network delivery projects)
• Solid understanding of network infrastructure and protocols (knowledge on

SDWAN, UPS

, routers/switches, etc.)

• Prove ability to adhere to ITIL processes, ITIL change management, and PMO functions
• Experience managing resources, project timelines, schedules, budgets, status reports, project plans, and tracking operating metrics/KPIs
• Proven leadership/project management skills, excellent verbal and written English communication, and the ability to work cross functionally with global business and technical teams
• Ability to travel to the US/Canada (active US travel visa and passport)
• High level understanding of OT and IOT infrastructure
• PMP certified
• ITIL certified
• Experience with ZScaler migration projects
