Reporting to the EVP of Operations, you will oversee project activities, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will utilize a project management software platform to streamline documentation, communication, and tracking while upholding rigorous safety protocols. Duties Lead and manage glazing projects with a primary focus on safety, quality, and efficiency across all phases. Collaborate with Estimators during project handoff meetings to ensure accurate scoping, budgeting, and safety considerations. Maintain regular communication with Project Administrators, General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Vendors to support smooth execution and resolve issues promptly. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets in collaboration with internal teams and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve safety, profitability, and efficiency, including cost-saving measures and value engineering. Prepare timely and accurate project documentation (submittals, purchase orders, change orders, billing, warranties, and reports) using the TRUE platform. Coordinate material procurement and logistics with suppliers and vendors to ensure safe, timely delivery to job sites. Monitor project progress, milestones, and KPIs; implement corrective actions to maintain schedule, quality, and safety standards. Foster a strong safety-conscious culture and ensure full adherence to safety protocols and regulations. Utilize the TRUE platform and network job folders for efficient documentation and file management. Maintain regular and punctual attendance at the main facility or job sites during weekdays. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required). Minimum 2 years of project management experience, ideally in glazing, glass, or commercial construction. Strong knowledge of glazing materials, techniques, and installation processes with a proven commitment to safety. Proficiency with project management software; experience with the TRUE platform is preferred. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
