Responsibilities:
Assist project managers with daily coordination Track schedules, permits, submittals, RFIs, and project documents Follow up with subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and city offices Keep project information organized and updated Help coordinate materials, meetings, and project deadlines
Requirements:
Project coordination or administrative experience preferred Construction experience is a plus QuickBooks experience is a plus Strong communication and organization skills Comfortable making follow-up calls and managing multiple tasks Proficient with email, spreadsheets, and project tracking tools
Pay:
