full-time Senior Electrical Project Manager - Data Centers We are seeking experienced Senior Project Managers to lead mission-critical data center projects valued at over $20 million across Texas. You will manage each project from preconstruction through completion, with responsibility for safety, quality, schedule, budget, client satisfaction, and profitability. Competitive compensation and relocation assistance are available for qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and delivery of large-scale electrical construction projects. Manage bidding, preconstruction, scope development, procurement, and subcontractor selection. Oversee project schedules, budgets, manpower, materials, equipment, and site logistics. Direct field leadership teams and subcontractors to maintain project performance. Review drawings and specifications, identifying and resolving issues early. Manage RFIs, change orders, contract modifications, and project documentation. Monitor costs, progress, productivity, and project margins. Ensure compliance with safety requirements, permits, regulations, and quality standards. Maintain strong relationships with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and internal departments. Prepare accurate progress reports, forecasts, and project updates. Required Experience At least 10 years of construction project management experience. Proven success delivering projects valued at more than $20 million. Experience managing large-scale data center, mission-critical, or commercial construction projects. Strong knowledge of electrical construction, building systems, and site operations. Demonstrated leadership, commercial awareness, and problem-solving ability. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline preferred. Relevant field experience will also be considered. Software Experience with the following is preferred: Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Bluebeam Accubid Procore Site Requirements This position requires the ability to work across active construction sites in varying weather conditions, climb ladders and stairs, read and interpret construction drawings, and safely lift or handle materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
