Duties Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives Support supervising team members, ensuring smooth daily operations and high performance Contribute to business development initiatives by identifying opportunities for growth and improvement Participate in project management tasks, coordinating activities and tracking progress to meet deadlines Help optimize processes through continuous improvement efforts, reducing inefficiencies and increasing productivity Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer engagement and drive revenue growth Manage inventory and assist in maintaining a profitable inventory status All our crew members must meet the following requirements Must be able to lift to fifty (50) pounds Must be able to maneuver in and out of a shallow 3' deep pit to position yourself safely under cars Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary Must have reliable transportation to and from the shop Must be willing to work early hours and up to 55 hours per week on occasion Must have basic computer operating skills Experience Previous supervising or leadership experience is preferred but not required; a strong desire to learn management skills is essential Demonstrated ability in management or related roles, with exposure to strategic planning or project coordination Familiarity with business development activities and sales processes is advantageous Proven skills in process improvement initiatives and managing multiple priorities effectively Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate teams and foster positive working relationships This management team member role provides an exciting pathway into leadership, offering hands-on experience in managing teams, driving business success, and developing essential managerial competencies.
