Responsibilities Services general plumbing and basic electrical needs of the property to include replacing/fixing toilets, light switches, garbage disposals, ceiling fans,fence installations and Replace burned out light bulbs, broken globes, painting etc., in homes and throughout the exterior of the property, as needed. Completes a duties checklist to ensure homes are move-in ready Performs corrective maintenance and satisfies customers needs following company procedures when performing service requests.
