Project Manager (Electrical Project Manager)

Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee commercial and/or industrial projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is responsible for scheduling, budgeting, subcontractor coordination, and ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with codes and specifications. Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of assigned projects from NTP through closeout Own project forecasting, cost analysis, and margin protection Manage budgets, buyouts, and cost tracking (CTC/CAC) Build and maintain project schedules and manpower forecasts Lead recovery plans when needed Manage change orders (pricing, submission, tracking) Enforce safety plans and lead jobsite safety efforts Conduct weekly jobsite audits and ensure corrective actions Recruit, mentor, and develop field leaders and team members Support business development through client relationships Lead weekly control meetings and participate in operational reviews 3+ years of project management experience (construction or electrical) Strong understanding of construction workflows and jobsite operations Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical plans Experience managing schedules, budgets, and crews Proficiency with project management software Preferred Electrical background or licensed electrician experience PMP or construction-related certifications Experience in commercial or industrial projects Qualifications Benefits Competitive pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle or allowance (if applicable) Performance-based bonuses Career growth and advancement opportunities Equal Opportunity Employer Veracity Electric is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate based on protected characteristics.
