Project Manager Burrage Roofing San Antonio, TX Job Details Full-time $50,000 - $80,000 a year 9 hours ago Benefits Opportunities for advancement Flexible schedule Qualifications Construction project management Managing projects Full Job Description Overview We are seeking Project Manager's that have at least 2-3 years experience to lead and coordinate construction projects in San Antonio/Austin and surrounding areas. This role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity for advances in pay structure and higher level positions. As well as pay incentives and bonuses that can be given throughout the year
Responsibilities :
Must be able to manage and oversee at least 10-15 projects at once per month. Minimum monthly sales requirements must be met each month to ensure the project manager is making consistent income. Must be able to read and understand fully any insurance estimates and sign homeowners to contracts. Be able to give detailed break downs of the work going into the project that is being done for the homeowner for each project they have assigned. Minimum door knocking requirements each week must be met, sales leads may also be provided. Full communication between the project manager and homeowner at least 2-3 times a week. Updates must be provided to ensure speed of process and procedures. Must be able to do full roof inspections and a PDF photo report with detailed info. We will provide a software template to follow.
Skills:
Material Knowledge:
Knowing how to install and repair asphalt shingles, metal panels, tile, and flat membranes.
Leak Detection and Repair:
Finding the source of water leaks and fixing flashing, vents, and valleys.
Structural Assessment:
Spotting and replacing rotted plywood, damaged joists, or bad decking.
Measuring and Math:
Calculating roof slopes, areas, and material quantities accurately Be able to spot the difference with a storm damage home and an aged roof Install new roofing systems or make repairs based on owners' budgets and aesthetic preferences Follow local building codes related to pitch and other roof characteristics
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
