Manager, coordinate, and oversee construction projects, from conceptual planning through occupancy, ensuring budget, schedule, and quality alignment. Serve as a key member of the Project Delivery Team (PDT), collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and contractors. Review design documents, drawings, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to protect the client's interests. Monitor contractor performance and ensure compliance with contract obligations. Facilitate project meetings, coordinate field visits, and maintain positive relationships with project stakeholders. Identify risks early, recommend mitigation strategies, and actively monitor critical milestones. Provides regular reporting on progress, scheduling, contractor billing and overall project performance. Assist with commissioning, closeout activities, punch-list resolution, and final turnover to the client's operations team.Minimum Requirements:
4+ years of progressive construction project management experience across multiple phases of design and construction. Experience working with or overseeing contractors on behalf of owners or public entities. Strong professional communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal. Ability to read and interpret construction contracts, drawings, specifications, and scheduling documents. Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Point, and project management software such as Procore or scheduling tools. Valid Texas driver's license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check. What Really Matters toUs:
