Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Project Planning
- Develop project scopes, schedules, and execution plans in coordination with engineering, facilities, and operations teams.
- Lead multiple concurrent capital projects with interdependencies across manufacturing, infrastructure, and facility readiness.
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules aligning facility modifications, infrastructure upgrades, and equipment deployment.
- Identify key milestones, constraints, and dependencies impacting project execution.
- Support prioritization of capital initiatives to align with site manufacturing and capacity goals.
- Prepare Capital Appropriation Requests (CARs) and supporting documentation. Project Execution
- Coordinate project scope, schedules, dependencies, and deliverables across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Drive alignment across engineering, facilities, manufacturing, contractors, and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
- Facilitate decision-making across stakeholders when scope, schedule, or resource conflicts arise.
- Facilitate project meetings and drive resolution of issues, risks, and scope changes impacting project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate mitigation actions to address schedule or execution risks. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain project documentation including schedules, risk logs, and change management records.
- Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and key decisions to site leadership and stakeholders.
