Job Description
Project Manager / Superintendent - Residential & Commercial Construction G&R Builders is hiring an experienced Project Manager / Superintendent for projects throughout the Greater Houston area. We are looking for someone with experience in one or more of the following: Custom home construction Residential remodeling Ground-up light commercial construction Commercial remodeling This position will also assist with residential and commercial roofing projects when needed. Responsibilities Manage projects from start to finish Coordinate subcontractors and schedules Read plans and specifications Communicate with clients and vendors Maintain jobsite quality and safety Help keep projects on schedule and within budget Qualifications Construction management experience required Ability to manage multiple projects Strong communication and problem-solving skills Experience with estimating and takeoffs is a plus Roofing knowledge is helpful, but roofing-only experience is not preferred About Us G&R Builders is a growing construction company serving the Greater Houston area. Our work includes custom homes, remodeling, commercial construction, tenant build-outs, and roofing. Pay based on experience.
