12 Months Role Overview This is a senior-level Internal Project/Program Manager position. The person will be responsible for managing internal projects from planning through implementation, ensuring projects are delivered within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations . The role requires someone who can independently manage complex projects, work with internal teams and third-party vendors, solve business problems, and provide expert guidance on project management processes and methodologies. Key Responsibilities Lead internal projects and programs from planning through completion. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, risks, quality, and deliverables. Coordinate corporate teams and third-party vendors involved in project execution. Plan, build, and implement solutions for internal business problems and operational issues. Analyze complex business situations and determine appropriate project approaches. Exercise independent judgment when making project-related decisions. Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute new ideas and methodologies. Provide expert direction and guidance on project management practices. Help establish and improve project management policies and processes. Communicate effectively with multiple levels of management and stakeholders. Represent the organization when interacting with external customers or partners. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or first-level university degree. 7+ years of experience in project management or related roles/business environments. Strong understanding of project management methodologies, processes, and operational policies. Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders. Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and make decisions within broadly defined policies. PMP certification is required. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a senior Project/Program Manager who has experience handling complex internal projects, coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors, and driving projects through successful implementation. This position is best suited for someone with 7+ years of project management experience , strong knowledge of project management methodologies, and a PMP certification , who is comfortable working onsite in Spring, Texas.
