Job Description
Supporting business and marketing planning programs with a global tech leader Manage launch deliverables and timelines in Smartsheet, keeping every workstream visible and every stakeholder aligned on what's next Lead weekly status syncs with cross-functional teams and product marketing, turning updates into clear, actionable next steps Probe past the surface level answer to find out what's really on track and what isn't Support weekly core team dashboard reviews, catching problem deliverables early and escalating them before they become bigger issues Build genuine working relationships across the team and stay comfortable presenting updates in front of larger groups Partner closely with a program manager who will coach you day-to-day and help you grow into greater ownership over time 1-3 years of project or program management experience (marketing, launch, or operations environments preferred) Standout candidates will use our "How Does This Opportunity Fit You" section of the application to share one example of a time they pushed past a surface-level status update to find out what was really going on No creative background required, but a naturally curious, detail-oriented mindset is a must Strategic agility and ability to exercise independent judgment An organized self-starter Strong interpersonal and leadership skills Exposure to the semiconductor industry and marketing is a plus
