You'll manage projects from start to finish while working with an experienced leadership team and a diverse portfolio spanning healthcare, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and more.

Compensation:

$125,000-$150,000

DOE What You'll Be Doing:

Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish Own project budgets, schedules, and overall execution Coordinate subcontractors, Project Superintendents, and Field Superintendents Build and maintain strong client relationships Oversee projects across healthcare, retail, industrial, warehouse, and hospitality Conduct project site visits and travel to active job sites Help drive successful delivery as the company continues to grow What You'll Need to be

Considered:

Be able to do the job as described. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field Commercial construction project management background Experience managing projects valued at $3M+ Ability to travel between Texas project locations A hungry, humble, and smart approach to your work
