Mechanical Project Manager Location:
Turkey, TX Project Type:
Mission Critical / Data Center Construction Build the Infrastructure That Powers the Digital World Our client is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects supporting large-scale data center construction . This role oversees project planning, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, field coordination, and project execution from preconstruction through commissioning and closeout. If you have experience managing commercial, industrial, or mission critical mechanical construction projects and enjoy leading high-performing teams, this is an excellent opportunity to make an impact. Key Responsibilities Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from kickoff through closeout. Oversee budgets, forecasting, cost controls, billing, and project financials. Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and material deliveries. Manage RFIs, submittals, procurement, and change orders. Lead client meetings and maintain clear communication with project stakeholders. Monitor schedules, identify project risks, and implement solutions. Support commissioning, testing, and final project turnover. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project specifications. Qualifications 5+ years of Mechanical Project Management experience. Mechanical contractor experience required. Strong knowledge of HVAC, piping, and plumbing systems. Experience managing commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center projects preferred. Proficiency with Procore or similar construction management software is a plus. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Why Join Us?
