Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to implement our ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of project management, local governments, and grant compliance. As a key member of the team, the project manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the projects under their direction. Duties Serve as primary point of contact with client Serve as primary point of contact between client and state/federal agency Coordinate with Project Engineer and provide technical assistance as needed Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to retain existing clients Perform marketing and outreach activities to secure new clients Participate in development and distribution of social media content Negotiate contract fees when prompted by community staff or elected officials Develop, prepare, and submit grant applications on behalf of clients Maintain primary accountability for assigned projects, including but not limited to compliance with program requirements as they pertain to financial management, labor standards, UGMS, 2 CFR 200, URA, and other cross-cutting regulations Prepare annual billing projections
Requirements:
Current TDA Certified Administrator or ability to obtain accreditation within 3 months of hire Availability and willingness to work outside of normal operating hours to attend City Council meetings, public hearings, and conferences, as needed and in accordance with terms defined in Employee Handbook Availability and willingness to work outside of normal operating hours to ensure job responsibilities are fulfilled, as needed and in accordance with terms defined in Employee Handbook Availability to travel overnight to attend meetings, conferences, etc. as needed and in accordance with terms defined in Employee Handbook Attend weekly staff meetings
