Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale data center construction project in Vernon, TX. This position will be responsible for coordinating multiple aspects of project execution, working closely with field leadership, subcontractors, engineering, procurement, project controls, and other project teams to keep work progressing safely, efficiently, and according to schedule. Compensation will be based on related experience in data center construction and is negotiable.
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate assigned scopes of work from planning through completion Work closely with project executives, superintendents, engineers, subcontractors, and project support teams Track project schedules, milestones, costs, materials, and overall progress Coordinate subcontractor activities and resolve issues impacting project execution Review drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project documentation Assist with RFIs, change orders, submittals, procurement, and material requirements Participate in project meetings and provide updates on schedule, cost, productivity, and outstanding issues Identify potential project risks and work with the team to develop solutions Maintain communication between field operations and project management Ensure assigned work meets project safety, quality, schedule, and performance expectations
Qualifications:
Previous project management experience in commercial, industrial, mission critical, or data center construction Experience managing large and complex construction projects preferred Strong understanding of construction schedules, drawings, specifications, and project documentation Ability to coordinate multiple subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams Strong organizational and communication skills Experience with Procore or similar construction management software is helpful Data center or mission critical construction experience is strongly preferred
Work Location:
Vernon, TX Candidates with related data center construction experience may also be considered for other opportunities on the project.
Pay:
From $80,000.00 per year
