Project Manager

Refrigeration Design Technologies (RDT), is a commercial refrigeration manufacturer based in Waxahachie, Texas. For over 40 years we have been specializing in world class refrigeration systems for K-12 schools universities, restaurants, corporate headquarters, convenience stores, and many other facilities all over the world. RDT is currently seeking a Project Manager for our Design Services department. You will be successful in this position if you get, want, and have the capacity to do the following duties:  The ability to thoroughly review architectural floor plans and customer specifications.  Promptly and accurately design, draw and quote customer projects as assigned and/or directed.  Prepare and complete all projects timely and accurately.  Thoroughly review all drawings and specs prior to preparing quotes.  Be the interface point between the Customers and the company on assigned projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 2+ years of experience in the HVAC/Refrigeration equipment industry.  Have good communication skills (both verbal and written).  Use good judgement in investigating problems and making sound business decisions.  Maintain and grow working knowledge of basic refrigeration, to include knowledge of commercial refrigeration industry.  Be able to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers in a respectful, prompt, and professional manner.  Be knowledgeable, cheerful, and professional with customers.  Be able to work independently without a lot of close supervision once trained.  Strong decision-making and leadership skills.  Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.  AutoCAD knowledge preferred but not required.  Microsoft Office knowledge required. Pay:

$45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
