The role is responsible for delivering the full project scope within budget, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong stakeholder relationships, and full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. to find out more about who we are in a nutshell. Duties & Responsibilities Manage food & beverage and facilities operations to agreed budgets and service standards. Lead and develop project teams through performance management, training, and effective communication. Deliver excellent internal and external customer service, including VIP and event functions. Oversee menu design, procurement, vendor management, and continuous quality improvement. Establish and manage KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures. Ensure statutory compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and environmental requirements. Manage client, community, and public relations, including local community development initiatives. Control costs, reduce waste, and adapt operations to changing market needs. Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual financial and productivity reports Skills and Competencies Strong background managing project finances and budgets Strong background in high-volume food service, banqueting, and VIP events. Solid background in banqueting, VIP hospitality, and upmarket events Good knowledge of business management, legislation, HACCP, and health & safety standards Compatible experience in procurement, tender processes, staff training, and cross-cultural team management Qualifications 3 - 5 years' experience as a Project Manager within Remote Camp. Proven experience managing budgets and Project financials. Relevant qualification in Facilities, Camp, or Hotel Management (or equivalent). Valid driver's licence required; French is an advantage.
