  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and refine project plans, workflows, and dashboards using advanced project management and collaborative work management solutions to ensure clarity, teamwork, and ownership.
  • Develop and standardize processes for project intake, prioritization, and execution, fostering seamless cross-team and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Generate comprehensive reports and insights on project performance, resource allocation, and overall project success to inform strategic decisions.
  • What You Bring:
  • Must-Have Qualifications:
  • In-depth knowledge of configuring and enabling advanced project management and workflow tools (Smartsheets), with a primary focus on setting up these solutions for a Project Management Office (PMO).
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and workflow tools for optimal effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Change management certification.
  • Demonstrated experience applying these tools and methodologies in real-world scenarios.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
  • An understanding of specialized financial giving vehicles.
  • Work samples showcasing your project management and process optimization skills.
