In this role, you will perform roof inspections to identify storm damage or wear, consult with property owners, navigate insurance claims, and oversee job site operations. Your expertise will drive project success by seamlessly blending sales, client relations, site management, and quality control in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Perform thorough roof inspections to identify storm damage, leaks, and structural wear; document findings with photos and detailed reports. Meet with homeowners and commercial property owners to present inspection findings, explain repair or replacement options, and close sales contracts. Guide clients through the insurance claim process, meet on-site with insurance adjusters, and ensure accurate scope-of-work documentation. Oversee active construction sites, manage installation schedules, coordinate material deliveries, and enforce quality and safety standards. Generate new leads through local canvassing, networking, digital channels, and customer referrals while maintaining strong ongoing client relationships. Monitor job progress from contract signing to final inspection to guarantee full customer satisfaction and timely project delivery. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in roofing sales, roof inspection, or residential construction project management. Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation methods, and insurance claims processes. Demonstrated ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and close sales. Comfortable climbing ladders, navigating steep roofs, and conducting physical inspections. Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation capable of carrying a ladder.
