Our company's revenue has grown over the last year, in restoration projects and insurance claim related construction, and we are expecting to continue to grow for 2026 to become one of the area's fastest growing restoration companies. To handle the additional jobs our company anticipates, we need 3-5 driven, energetic, independent individuals to join our team and assist homeowners with their insurance claims, estimates, and storm damage inspections. Individuals we hire receive training on the basic construction, insurance, and storm damage knowledge they need in order to represent and assist homeowners through their projects, so prior experience is not necessary. •NOTE• This is NOT a remote position. Duties Inspecting & documenting homes for storm damage Meeting directly with homeowners after inspections to educate them on the repairs and claims process and sign restoration agreements Creating estimates & measuring home exteriors and damages Marketing / lead generation for new prospects Skills Proven experience in management, business development, account management, and B2B sales within a fast-paced environment. Strong background in marketing, technology sales, and outside/inside sales techniques including cold calling and prospecting. Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent customer relationship management tools. Demonstrated ability in technical sales experience, deal closing, and achieving sales targets through effective negotiation skills. Expertise in territory sales, territory management, lead generation, and remote (virtual) sales environments. Excellent customer relationship building skills coupled with outstanding communication abilities for client engagement. Analytical skills for assessing project needs, market opportunities, and sales performance metrics. Experience with sales management systems proficiency to streamline workflow and enhance productivity.
