Coordinate delivery logistics, jobsite access, and installation sequencing with general contractors, trade partners, and our internal field management team. Identify and price change order opportunities with the assistance of our estimating team; negotiate and execute approved changes with clients. Maintain accurate job cost data within the ERP system, ensuring all costs are captured and organized correctly. Stakeholder & Team Communication Serve as the single point of contact for clients, GCs, and ownership groups throughout the project. Attend regular project status meetings and provide clear, concise written reports and updates as required. Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of project management processes at post project review meetings. Qualifications Required Minimum 5 years of project management experience in commercial millwork, architectural woodwork, or a closely related specialty trade. Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects ranging from $250K to $1M+. Proficiency with project scheduling tools (e.g., Procore, Autodesk, Buildertrend, or equivalent). Solid understanding of millwork materials, fabrication methods, and AWI quality standards. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; confident presenting to ownership and executive-level stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
