We pride ourselves on professionalism, quality craftsmanship, and outstanding service while building long-term relationships with our clients. We are seeking a Project Manager to prepare and coordinate landscaping projects for successful execution and strong financial performance. This role bridges sales, design, installation, and maintenance by managing planning, procurement, scheduling, and communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to company standards. Key Responsibilities Lead project handoff, review estimates, and prepare job packages Coordinate preconstruction meetings, submittals, and utility locates Purchase materials and manage subcontractors Develop and adjust project schedules across multiple jobs Track budgets, job costs, change orders, and documentation Serve as a primary client contact and provide regular updates Collaborate with Project Managers and report on project status Conduct site audits and support issue resolution Lead project closeout, including documentation, walkthroughs, and final approvals Required Qualifications Experience with takeoff software (Bluebeam preferred) Experience collaborating with architects and designers Proven experience purchasing and procuring materials and tools Strong budget tracking and financial management skills Bachelors degree in Construction Management (or related field) with 2+ years of relevant experience, or 46 years of relevant industry experience
