Project Coordinator Bilingual English/Spanish FRDM Turf Draper, UT Job Details Part-time $18 - $20 an hour 21 hours ago Qualifications Bilingual Interpersonal skills Project management Attention to detail Time management Full Job Description Project Scheduler (Bilingual English/Spanish)Position Overview FRDM Turf is looking for a highly organized, happy, and customer-focused Project Scheduler to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating installation schedules, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects move smoothly from sale to installation. The ideal candidate is fluent in both English and Spanish, has excellent communication skills, and naturally brings a positive, cheerful attitude to every interaction. You should enjoy helping people, solving scheduling challenges, and creating a great customer experience. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate turf installation projects across multiple markets. Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email regarding project timelines and scheduling updates. Work closely with Project Managers, Foremen, and Operations teams to ensure schedules are accurate and up to date. Confirm customer availability and coordinate installation dates. Manage schedule changes, delays, and reschedules while maintaining a positive customer experience. Maintain accurate records and notes in company systems. Proactively communicate project updates to customers and internal teams. Assist with customer questions and direct concerns to the appropriate team members. Qualifications Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Strong phone and customer service skills. Positive, friendly, and professional communication style. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRM systems, and scheduling software. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented when schedules change. What Success Looks Like Customers feel informed, heard, and excited throughout the scheduling process. Installation schedules are accurate and efficiently managed. Communication is proactive, clear, and timely. Scheduling conflicts are resolved quickly and professionally. Internal teams have confidence in the accuracy of project schedules.
