Position Description Water Project Manager - Lehi, UT Lead Critical Drinking Water Projects That Communities Depend On Safe, reliable drinking water doesn't happen by accident—it takes thoughtful design, strong leadership, and engineers who understand the full system. We're looking for a Water Project Manager (PE) to lead drinking water and water infrastructure projects in the Lehi, Utah region. In this role, you'll take ownership of projects that support treatment plants, water supply systems, storage, pumping, and transmission infrastructure—from concept through construction. If you enjoy leading teams, working directly with clients, and solving complex water system challenges, this is a high-impact role with real visibility and growth. Responsibilities Serve as Project Manager for drinking water and water infrastructure projects, guiding work through the full project lifecycle Lead water/wastewater project delivery including planning, design, and construction administration Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality (QA/QC) across projects Build and maintain strong client relationships with municipalities and agencies Identify and pursue new project opportunities and business development efforts Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers and project teams Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive project success Ensure projects deliver high-quality, practical, and constructible solutions What Success Looks Like Strong client relationships that lead to repeat work and new opportunities Projects delivered on time, on budget, and with technical excellence A growing presence in the Lehi/Utah water & wastewater market A collaborative, high-performing team aligned around project success Why AE2S Build Your Future.
