Prepare weekly progress reports and communicate project status to management. Track installed quantities and verify work completed against contract requirements. Manage project closeout documentation, punch lists, and final inspections. Ensure all required project documentation is completed and submitted on time. Subcontractor & Vendor Management Coordinate subcontractor scheduling, scopes of work, and project expectations. Review subcontractor proposals and negotiate pricing when necessary. Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and quality. Coordinate material procurement and delivery schedules. Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
