We're looking for a driven, detail-oriented Project Manager to own the client experience from start to finish — managing subcontractors, schedules, and quality on high end residential remodeling projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients, subcontractors, designers, architects, and peers. Responsibilities Client relations Communicate with clients daily and create an exceptional home remodeling experience Prepare and send weekly photo updates and written reports Conduct weekly job site meetings with clients, architects, and designers; prepare agendas and take detailed notes Constantly update and review the project schedule and communicate it to the client Review and communicate budgetary updates; be prepared to answer clients' questions about the budget Project supervision Review and understand building plans, specifications, selections, scope of work, and budget Full time on the job site. Daily management of quality, schedules, and cleanliness Be proactive to maintain quality control at every phase of the project Create and keep an updated project schedule; coordinate subcontractors and deliveries Schedule and conduct necessary inspections Use discretion in managing subcontractors; maintain harmonious working relationships Ensure all project specifications and plans are communicated to subcontractors Maintain an organized and professional job site; follow through on all commitments Maintain a punch list at the end of the project and complete all items in a timely manner Submit receipts, invoices, and hours to the office weekly Requirements Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, procuring materials, and working with subcontractors, vendors, and clients Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with a commitment to excellence Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer relations skills Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel Experience in the residential construction and remodeling industry (preferred) Proficiency in reading and measuring plans Proficiency in CompanyCam and Box (preferred) Solid Renovation Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
